RVince
This is a interview done with RVince who started out
as a adult webmaster and now owns a great high quality
program called HungCash and it can be found at
http://www.hungcash.com/
He has some great POD tools you can use such as

If you check it out you will find its a Tranny Program
and a very high quality one at that with two great looking
sites. Which are Jamie Cox’s Web Site and their flagship
site VictoriaHolyns.com Victoria is currently among the
Top-10 she male models worldwide and working her way up
toward being one of the top she male pornstars and the
glamour touch of her pictures does the rest! The content
is very well done and you can tell by everything at HungCash
that its owner really cares about his site and his affiliates.
I have found that most webmaster programs owned by former
adult webmasters are usually really great and Hungcash lives
up to this completely. If you have tranny traffic or if you
are looking for a new tranny sponsor you really need to
check out this program. http://www.hungcash.com/
Below is a interview we did with RVince and he has a lot
of interesting things to say.
Q. How do you think starting out as a affiliate first and then starting
your own affiliate program effected how you set up your program?
A. Indeed, I started out as an affiliate first and for about 1 year my
business as an affiliate was my only revenue (supporting me, the wife,
the house mortgage and our 3 kids).
Then, when I decided to create HungCash and run my own pay sites, I
logically made things easy for the affiliates by providing all the
things I like and use as an affiliate on other programs: tours with no
traffic leaks, enough content to promote the site, hosted galleries,
blog plugins, enough updates to get members to rebill, good email/ICQ
support & etc.
Q, Who or what do you credit for your success today?
A. Who: Sleazybear, _LB_, REBEL, Krusty, Basschick, Meat, Aga,
CuriousToyBoy and all the people who spent lots of their precious time
to answer to all my questions.
If you can go to one of the adult webmasters meetings at least once, by
all means do so! No matter whether you live in the USA, in Europe or
elsewhere, there will be a webmaster gathering you’ll have to attend.
You don’t have to go to every show (I’ve only been to one so far and
looking forward to go to my 2nd), but while boards in general and
Netpond in particular are great, nothing replaces face to face meetings.
What: Hard Work! Find out what are your weak and strong points and work!
I must confess I’m a total computer geek (I have a masters degree in
software engineering and another one in applied mathematics) and I’m
totally unable to create a decent banner (Did I mention I’m colorblind
too?). So I’ve often traded my “sysadmin/programming/script
installation” ability against graphical design, as well as with some
proofreading as english isn’t my first language.
Simply said, motivation is the key: Most people have the abilities to
become a successful adult webmaster but they don’t persevere long
enough to succeed.
I think that one of the keys to my success as an adult webmaster was
that I challenged myself to succeed: I saw many people who were less
tech-savvy than me, in the biz for a relatively short time (less than 3
years) and yet making good money, so I decided that I’d try that too and
not stop until I’d make some decent money.
Q. What do you feel is the strongest selling point of your program?
A. There are many “solo model” shemale sites, but most of them are hardly
ever updated, have tons of traffic leaks and affiliate support sucks (if
there is any).
As an affiliate I did insanely well with some of the very few good solo
shemale sites, but had a hard time finding good ones to promote, so from
there I decided to team with models to set up and run their paysites:
They produce good content, I take care of the rest and we share the
benefits
And since the models I work with get a share of the sales on their
sites, they are directly motivated to make good content, talking with
members on the site forum, etc… so this is a “win-win-win-win” deal
for the surfer, the model, the affiliate and me.
I currently only run 2 paysites, but 2 more are in the works. All the
content is shot and ready, I just need to finish the work on the tech
side (and one of my new models is a dickless chick! )
Q. What advice would you give to a brand new webmaster starting out
promoting your program?
A. Most affiliates (me included) focus on the most feminine looking
shemales when they start out, but there are a lot of fans of
crossdressers too! However there are _very_ few decent crossdresser sites to
promote, which is why Jamie Coxx’s site does so well too. So don’t be shy and try your
luck, I’m sure you’ll love the results. (crossdressers are to be
promoted the same way than shemales: They are chicks with dicks, not
guys in drags!).
Q. As a program owner what do you think most programs are missing that
yours has and explain what your saying a bit if necessary?
A. A crossdresser site! (And if you think a guy in drags is gross, just try
to promote Jamie’s site with your straight/shemale traffic first, and
then we’ll talk :-))
Q. What do you hope for the future for your program?
A.
The plan is to double the revenue within the next 6 months.
It looks ambitious, but with frequently updated sites, rebills are very
good so I’m not too worry about it.
Also, as said above, I have 2 sites in the works and will probably work
on developing those sites before to try to open more sites. I’d rather
have 4 active and well working sites rather than 20 shitty sites.
Q. What plans do you have for the future for HungCash that you can tell
us about now?
A. I have 2 new sites in the works: a mature TV site and a GG (=genetic
girl) site, I’m also working on some more new tools for affiliates.
Q. What concerns you most about the future of the entire adult webmaster world?
A. Actually I’m not worried.
I’ve only been in the adult webmaster world since 2004 (used to be a
computer network security expert before), but I don’t see any major
problem in the near future. Sex and fantasies sell, period!
Q. Your Blog http://www.hugenaturalslovers.com/ is really nice. How long
have you been working
on it? And how do you do with it as far as sales? and traffic?
A. This site has been up for about 1yr and was one of my first attempt at
adult blogging. It turned out to work great and provide a better ‘$
earned per worked hour’ ratio than making TGP galleries, so I’m now
fully transitioning from TGP galleries to blogs as my main promotion
tool for all the niches I do (shemales, big natural tits, femdom mature,
bbw). [Shameless plug: hit me for hard link trades on my blogs! ;-]
Also, not depending on other webmasters/partner accounts is a very nice
bonus.
Q. How do you feel about the future of Blogging and its future to the
adult webmaster.
A. I don’t think what matters most is whether your site is a blog or not.
Any good site with good pics and teasing sales text have the potential
to do well, blog or not.
Blogs are indeed a very convenient way to have good looking and
frequently updated sites, but what matters the most to me is the sales
text. Make sure you write at least 250 words on every of your web pages
and search engines will love you.
Q. What would you like to be doing 5 years from now and do you have a
plan your following?
A. Yes, I definitely have a plan I’m following and I hope you’ll forgive me
for not telling more about this
In 5 years from now… I’m not sure if I’ll still be working as an
affiliate… probably not, but then again it can be an extremely
lucrative business as there’s no need to have to bother with sites
updates, moody models & co.
I definitely hope that by this time I’d be running between 5 and 10 good
and stable pay sites that will provide most of my income. I definitely
think I’ll have a few employees by then too.
Q. What advice would you give to a brand new adult webmaster starting out today.
A. Random advise
- Work smarter, not harder.
- Don’t go for the quick buck, invest it long term sites.
- Pick a niche (or a few of them) and learn to sell it well: Trying to
sell a she male as a “guy with boobs” will _NOT_ work, trying to sell a
27yr old woman with pigtails as a teen will not work either, etc… Research
your niche, learn how to sell it and stick to it.
- Once you know which niche(s) do well for you try to know which niches
are the closest from yours. For example she male fans aren’t likely to
buy Gay or Bisexual content, but they seem to love Femdom/Strap-on. Use
this info wisely when trading with other sites or suggesting alternate
links or your free sites/pages.
I can’t stress enough how Netpond has been a golden key to my
current situation. I do visit a few boards every day, but Netpond is
definitely far ahead for helping newbie’s to succeed. Its forums are
full of invaluable info! In particular the Newbie forum and
Sleazybear’s posts.
- Define a work schedule and stand by it, tell your friends/family not
to phone you during your work hours.
RVince has given us some real gems here and we want to thank him for
taking the time to answer our questions and we hope you will check out
